Connect Pangoni to the tools you already use
Sync tenants, rent payments, invoices, and financial data between Pangoni and your accounting and spreadsheet tools. QuickBooks Online, Tally, Zoho Books, Google Sheets, Excel, CSV and the open API are live now — Xero and Sage are in beta, with more connectors on the way.
Banking
Connect a supported bank so rent, deposits, and service charges reconcile automatically against the right tenant, unit, lease, and invoice. Available on request — availability depends on the bank.
Bank integrations On request
Automated payment reconciliation from your bank account — KCB, Co-operative Bank, and more assessed on request. One-time setup from KSh 15,000 per bank, no recurring Pangoni charges.
Tax & Compliance
Stay KRA-compliant without the paperwork. Pangoni files the right receipts to the right systems automatically.
KRA eTIMS Available
Auto-generate KRA-compliant electronic tax invoices for every rent payment. Built in — add your PIN and you're filing MRI the KRA way.

Push rental income, expenses, invoices, and tenant records into the accounting platform you already run your books in.

How Pangoni integrations work
Every integration on this page is powered by the same public API that Pangoni uses internally. It's a RESTful API with OAuth 2.0 authentication, webhooks for real-time events, and endpoints for properties, tenants, leases, payments, invoices, and reporting.
- Native connectors — live integrations (QuickBooks Online, Tally, Zoho Books, Google Sheets, Excel, eTIMS) are one-click setups inside Pangoni, with field mapping handled for you. More are on the way.
- Build your own — the API is open. Your developer or agency can wire Pangoni into any internal system you run today.
- Webhooks — subscribe to rent-paid, lease-signed, and invoice events to push data into downstream systems instantly.
