Whatever you already have. An Excel sheet (.xlsx) or CSV is easiest, but a Word document, a PDF rent roll, or even your M-Pesa rent records work too. If your list lives in another property management system, send an export. Our team cleans and normalises it on our side — you don't need to format anything first.
The first 200 tenants are imported free, which covers the vast majority of landlords and most agencies. If your portfolio is larger, we'll still set you up — just tell us your numbers when you sign up and we'll confirm how the rest is handled before any work begins. Nothing is charged without your go-ahead.
Yes. Your data is used only to set up your own Pangoni account and stays private. We never contact your tenants without your say-so, and we don't share your list with anyone. You stay in control of the account once it's live.
For most portfolios your account is live within one business day of sending us your data. Larger or messier lists can take a little longer — we'll tell you upfront. Either way, the data entry is on us; you just log in when it's ready.
