Excel (.xlsx) or CSV is easiest. You can also provide an export from another property management system, a Word document or a PDF rent roll. We assess data quality and agree any cleanup or conversion work before starting.

The setup consultation is free and eligible recurring plans offer a 45-day trial with no card required. Lifetime Core purchases have no trial. A trial does not include custom migration unless agreed in writing.
