Yes, Pangoni offers a free trial that gives you full access to all platform features so you can evaluate the software with your actual properties and tenants. No credit card is required to start — simply create an account, set up your properties, and explore everything from M-Pesa rent collection to financial reporting. This lets you make an informed decision about which plan fits your needs before committing to a paid subscription.

You can request a plan change from account settings. Review the new billing term and total before paying. Contact Pangoni to arrange any credit for unused service or to reconcile active capacity packs before switching tiers. Paid capacity packs remain tied to their purchased contract and dates; they do not unlock higher-tier features.

Pangoni combines a tier price with included capacity. Landlord Pro is KSh1,500/month for 30 units and 10 properties; new Agency Pro contracts are KSh12,000/month for 500 units and 10 staff. Eligible plans can buy monthly unit packs up to published ceilings without changing tier. Extra units do not unlock higher-tier features. Existing customers retain their purchased terms. Pangoni accepts M-Pesa and card payments for subscription billing, making it convenient for Kenyan users. M-Pesa payments can be made directly from your phone via Paybill, while card payments support Visa and Mastercard. Annual prepay and Lifetime purchases also support direct bank transfer. Every payment generates a tax invoice you can use for your own bookkeeping or KRA filings.

All prices on Pangoni's pricing pages are exclusive of VAT. Kenyan VAT (16%) is added at checkout per KRA requirements, and you receive a tax invoice with each payment that you can use for your own bookkeeping or KRA filings.
