Landlord pricing FAQs
Free is for landlords with up to 3 units who want to track tenants and basic invoicing without paying anything. Pro at KSh 1,500/month adds M-Pesa rent collection, SMS invoices, KRA eTIMS-ready receipting, recurring invoices, and arrears tracking — covering portfolios up to 30 units. Elite at KSh 3,500/month adds automated M-Pesa reconciliation, advanced analytics including P&L per property, e-signature on leases, and integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho — fitting portfolios up to 100 units. You can switch tiers at any time as your portfolio grows.
Each plan includes a fixed allowance of properties, units, tenants, and listings — for example Pro includes 30 units across up to 10 properties. When you reach a cap you upgrade to the next tier rather than paying per-unit overage. Existing data is never deleted on downgrade or expiry; over-cap entities simply become read-only with a 30-day grace period to either upgrade back or archive them.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and billing is prorated for the rest of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, so you keep the higher tier's features until then. There are no lock-in contracts on monthly billing — Pangoni operates month-to-month, giving you flexibility as you add or sell properties.
Landlord Lifetime is a one-time purchase of KSh 45,000 that gives you the Pangoni Pro feature set — 30 units, M-Pesa collection, SMS invoices, eTIMS signing, recurring invoices, arrears tracking, KRA-ready receipting — for life, with no recurring fees. All future updates within the Pro feature set are included free. It does not include Elite-tier features like auto-reconciliation, P&L per property, or QuickBooks integrations; if you need those you can add an Elite subscription on top, or switch entirely. Setup and onboarding are included free with every Lifetime license.
All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. Kenyan VAT (16%) is added at checkout per KRA requirements, and you receive a tax invoice with each payment that you can use for your own bookkeeping or KRA filings.
