No, the setup fee is optional. It is recommended when you are migrating data from spreadsheets or another property management system, or when you want hands-on help configuring your properties, units, tenants, leases, and M-Pesa paybill. Professional setup includes data migration, account configuration, a remote training session, and first-month hand-holding support. Setup is included free with every Lifetime license.
Yes. You can upgrade from a monthly subscription to either an annual or lifetime license at any time. When you do, we credit any unused portion of your current monthly subscription toward the new purchase, so you never pay twice for the same period. Contact our support team to arrange the switch and we will handle the proration and invoicing for you.
Your lifetime license is a one-time purchase — you pay the price on the day of purchase and it never increases. Future changes to Pangoni's subscription or lifetime pricing do not affect existing lifetime customers. All feature updates released after your purchase are included at no additional cost, so the value of your license only grows over time.
Yes. Annual and lifetime purchases come with a formal tax invoice suitable for KRA eTIMS records and company bookkeeping. All Pangoni prices are exclusive of VAT — Kenyan VAT (16%) is added at checkout per KRA requirements. In addition to M-Pesa and card payments, we also support bank transfer for annual and lifetime tiers, which is often more convenient for businesses processing a single large payment. Contact our team if you need a pro-forma invoice or a custom payment arrangement.
The annual price is set at roughly ten months of the monthly rate — effectively two months free, or a 17% discount versus paying month-to-month. For example: Landlord Pro is KSh 1,500/month, so 12 months would be KSh 18,000; the annual price is KSh 15,000 (a saving of KSh 3,000).
