Frequently Asked Questions About Pangoni Licenses
Monthly and Annual subscriptions include the published features and allowances of the selected tier. Lifetime Core is a one-time purchase of ongoing access to specified core Pro tools within fixed base limits. Customer messaging, boosts, premium services, extra capacity and higher-tier upgrades are purchased separately. No monthly subscription is required for included core access.
Basic setup guidance is included. New Lifetime Core purchases include one onboarding session of up to two hours. Custom migration, data cleanup, additional training and ongoing hands-on support require an agreed scope and quote. Existing buyers retain their original purchased terms.
Contact Pangoni to move to Annual or Lifetime Core. We will confirm the applicable contract, any agreed credit for unused service and the total before payment. A paid Elite or Enterprise upgrade can sit above Lifetime Core; the underlying Lifetime licence remains when the upgrade ends.
Your purchased Lifetime core-access price does not increase. Updates to the included core tools remain included. Additional capacity, usage services and higher tiers have separate prices that may change for future purchases. Existing customers retain their original purchased entitlements.
Yes. Annual and lifetime purchases come with a formal tax invoice suitable for KRA eTIMS records and company bookkeeping. All Pangoni prices are exclusive of VAT — Kenyan VAT (16%) is added at checkout per KRA requirements. In addition to M-Pesa and card payments, we also support bank transfer for annual and lifetime tiers, which is often more convenient for businesses processing a single large payment. Contact our team if you need a pro-forma invoice or a custom payment arrangement.
The annual price is set at roughly ten months of the monthly rate — effectively two months free, or a 17% discount versus paying month-to-month. For example: Landlord Pro is KSh 1,500/month, so 12 months would be KSh 18,000; the annual price is KSh 15,000 (a saving of KSh 3,000).
