Agency pricing FAQs
Each agent seat is one named user with their own login, lead pipeline, listings, and viewing schedule. Starter includes 3 seats, Pro includes 10, and Enterprise has unlimited seats. Above the bundled allowance you can add extra seats à la carte: KSh 800/month per seat on Starter and KSh 600/month per seat on Pro. Disabled or removed agents free up seats immediately, but their leads and history stay attached to the agency.
A workspace is an operational subdivision of your agency — typically a branch or office. Each workspace has its own properties, listings, leads, and (on Enterprise) its own branding and M-Pesa paybill. Starter includes 1 workspace, Pro includes 3, and Enterprise has unlimited. You need more workspaces when you have multiple branches that should keep their pipelines separate but roll up under one agency for reporting.
Pro at KSh 12,000/month covers most established agencies — 10 seats, 3 workspaces, 300 properties, 1,000 units, auto-reconciliation, owner statements, and read-only API. Move to Enterprise when you need any of: more than 10 agent seats, more than 3 branches, white-label branding with a custom domain, trust accounting (separate landlord client ledgers), full read-write API access, webhooks, or a dedicated SLA. Enterprise pricing starts at KSh 30,000/month and is custom-quoted based on your team size, volumes, and integration needs. Talk to our team to scope a contract.
Trust accounting — separate ledgers for each landlord client's funds with reconciliation reports — is available on Enterprise plans only. This is because trust accounting carries compliance liability that we contain to deals with explicit terms and audit support. If trust accounting is a requirement for your agency, contact our team to scope an Enterprise contract.
All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. Kenyan VAT (16%) is added at checkout per KRA requirements. Annual and Enterprise contracts come with formal tax invoices suitable for company bookkeeping and KRA filings, and Enterprise contracts can be structured as multi-year prepaid agreements on request.
