Pricing for Agencies

Agency plans include team permissions, staff seats and branches. Starter includes 150 units, 3 staff and 1 workspace at KSh4,500/month. Pro includes 500 units, 10 staff and 3 workspaces at KSh12,000/month. Enterprise starts at KSh30,000/month for 2,000 units, 25 staff and 5 workspaces. Larger portfolios, dedicated support, SLAs and integrations need a scoped agreement.

Yes. Eligible plans offer monthly capacity packs with a published maximum. Each unit pack also adds the same number of property, tenant and basic tenant portal slots. Packs increase capacity only: messaging allowances, staff seats and tier features stay the same. Request a quote in My Subscription; Pangoni activates the pack after verifying payment. Additions are prorated to your monthly capacity date and cannot extend beyond the underlying paid subscription term. Renewals require payment, including for Annual and Lifetime accounts; there is no automatic debit.

For new plans, each independently rentable unit or bed counts, whether occupied or vacant. Only units archived through Pangoni after their tenancy and lease activity is closed stop counting. Reactivation requires available capacity. Existing contracts retain their agreed counting rules.

The extra capacity ends on its paid-through date. Existing records are retained. If you are over your allowance, adding or reactivating units is blocked until you renew capacity, upgrade or archive eligible units. Save a lower renewal quantity to reduce future capacity; this does not shorten an already paid term.

On plans with lease management, generate a PDF or email a secure document link to a tenant using available email credits. New PDFs on non-Enterprise plans include a Powered by Pangoni watermark. Enterprise includes unbranded generated PDFs and editable Word exports of unsigned leases. Existing uploaded originals and signed records keep their original contents.

Yes. Every tier includes a free basic exit archive of your lease records and existing documents, including after ordinary subscription expiry. Paid Word generation, custom migration assistance and advanced bulk tools are separate. Download links expire for security; the export screen shows the expiry date.

Basic tenant portal access is included with paid unit capacity on new plans. Tenant access is separate from staff seats. There is no additional per-tenant portal charge for that included capacity.

Existing purchased contracts and credit balances retain their agreed terms. The revised offers apply to new purchases. Review any change of contract with Pangoni before switching. Unused paid capacity must be reconciled before a tier change.

Displayed plan and capacity prices are before VAT. The quote shows the applicable VAT and total before payment. Usage-pack checkout shows the amount payable for that pack.
