Agent pricing FAQs
Starter at KSh 1,200/month is built for agents in their first year — 15 active listings, 30 leads in pipeline, basic CRM, and M-Pesa rent collection from day one. Pro at KSh 2,500/month is the right call once you're juggling more than 15 listings or want eTIMS-ready invoicing, full lead pipeline stages, viewing feedback forms, Google Calendar sync, commission tracking, and watermarked photos. If in doubt, start on the 45-day Pro trial — you can downgrade to Starter any time without losing data.
Agent pricing is for individual indie agents working under their own name. Agency pricing is for teams with multiple agents under one brand — it adds agent seats, role-based permissions, multi-branch workspaces, owner statements for landlord clients, and (on Enterprise) trust accounting and white-label branding. If you're a solo agent today but planning to hire, you can switch to an agency plan later and we'll migrate your data.
Yes. M-Pesa rent collection is included on every paid agent tier including Starter, because collecting commissions and rent is the core job an agent needs the platform to do. What Starter doesn't include is automated reconciliation (Elite), eTIMS-ready invoicing (Pro and up), or auto-syndication to Facebook and Jiji (Elite).
Agent Lifetime is KSh 75,000 once and locks in the Pro feature set forever. Annual Elite is KSh 60,000/year and gives you the top tier (Elite) for one year. They are different products: Lifetime trades the top-tier features (auto-reconciliation, lead scoring, API access, auto-syndication) for permanence at the Pro level. If you're a settled agent who values predictable costs and the Pro feature set is enough for your business, Lifetime breaks even after roughly 30 months versus paying Pro monthly. If you need the Elite features, the annual or monthly Elite subscription is the better fit.
All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. Kenyan VAT (16%) is added at checkout per KRA requirements, and you receive a tax invoice with each payment that you can use for your own bookkeeping or KRA filings.
