How does Pangoni report on specialist accommodation?

The reports below preserve the operating definitions that matter: which date assigns a booking, what counts as a short stay and whether occupancy is measured by unit, room or bed.

Short-Stay Report

All time, one month or a custom date range.

Important definition: Bookings and nights use check-in date; revenue uses payment date. Cancelled bookings are excluded and revenue currently includes KES payments only.

Student Hostel Report

Available filters

All time, month or custom range; property; short-stay threshold; and separate roster, stay and due-date searches.

Important definition: Missing gender data appears as Unspecified. Ongoing month-to-month tenancies are not classified as short stays; the default completed-stay threshold is 30 days.
